"Thank you for having me! I joined Lucanet because I was drawn by the tremendous potential of our CFO Solution Platform in the UK and Ireland market. The idea of helping scale the business in an emerging market with top-tier products was an exciting challenge. I stay motivated by continually improving our sales process to give our potential customers the best experience possible when they explore Lucanet's offerings. This drive for constant improvement is also a big part of who I am personally, as I strive to be just 1% better each day."
Such a drive – and aligns with our company values perfectly! So, how would you explain your role to someone who's not familiar with it?
"As a Senior Account Executive, I handle every stage of a deal. I’m responsible for the initial engagement with CFOs and key senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and priorities. Then, I suggest solutions tailored to meet their specific business needs and strategic goals. I'm also involved in negotiating terms, leading bid teams across legal, IT, and procurement, and making sure that our solutions are successfully implemented with the help of a team of experts."
That’s sounds pretty dynamic. What do you find most rewarding about your job, and how does it impact your career growth?
"I have a natural drive to succeed, which fits perfectly with my role. I find it fulfilling to align Lucanet's solutions with the strategic goals of CFOs. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing how our solutions impact the business lives of finance professionals. I'm proud to help transform the way finance teams work - from merely preparing numbers to becoming strategic partners in business."
Tell us how do you collaborate with other teams to meet customers' needs and drive this success?
"Collaboration is a key part of my role. New business is rarely won alone, so I constantly involve experts across Lucanet throughout the sales process. This ensures my prospective customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Working alongside such intelligent and talented colleagues is both a pleasure and a great learning experience."

""We challenge" is the core value that resonates most with me. I constantly challenge myself to improve 1% every day and consistently move the needle on new business opportunities. This mindset makes every challenge feel significant because it brings me closer to my goals. It helps me rest easy knowing I've managed what I can control. I see challenges as essential for growth, so I welcome them rather than shying away from them."

"My most memorable project was closing my first deal at Lucanet. It underscored the market’s appetite for our products and reinforced my drive to grow the business in this region. It’s a milestone that marked the beginning of many rewarding experiences."
