What is the BARC Score FPM and how do vendors participate?

The Business Application Research Center (BARC) is an independent research and consulting company. With its FPM Score, it evaluates FPM vendors from the DACH region to help buyers make the right choice. Vendors are evaluated based on criteria such as portfolio, functionality, sales strategy, revenue, and customer feedback.

To be included in the BARC Score FPM DACH, vendors must cover at least four of the following five areas with an FPM solution: financial planning, financial consolidation, reporting, analysis, and operational planning and forecasting. In addition, vendors must have an annual revenue of at least €25 million (based on the FPM solution) and a significant number of implementations and license or subscription sales in the DACH region.
