GESOBAU's planning is implemented in a decentralized manner in the various departments. The planning figures are then collected centrally by Controlling, entered and processed in Lucanet to create a meaningful overall plan, where particular focus is placed on sales and profit, balance sheet, and cash flow planning. GESOBAU plans its value drivers at cost center, business unit, and profit center level.
