We help our customers in implementing cash management solutions, to reduce DSO, plan cash in and cash out for the next 13 weeks, optimize cash positions and make sure future cash out are covered.

Management reporting

We help entities to produce the financial reporting and management reporting every month. We help them develop their monthly book, and produce figures by importing them from the ERP system, applying adjustments (IFRS, other GAAPs) and eliminations if needed. KPI are added to calculate performance ratios by quantity, hours, etc...

We help the management of our customers to build the system information model. We give them advice on the right applications to choose (Best of Breed approach), the scope of each of them, how they should interact with each other, keeping in mind the TCO for the entity.
